Our system will auto-charge for each appointment 24 hours before a scheduled service to the card on file. For the initial online visit we'll temporarily process a $10 deposit to validate your card and the remaining balance of $139 will be charged 24 hours before the appointment.
We currently bill for the following services:
Initial Online Visit- $149
Follow up Online Visit- $59
Refill Only Visit (no video, form only)- $25
Patient Document Request (no video, accommodation letter for work or school or other form)- $25
Initial in-person visit- $149
Follow up in-person visit- $99
You may request a refund 24 hours or more before your appointment by emailing us at email@example.com to cancel your appointment.
If you have canceled your visit within the cancellation policy guidelines (24 hours or more prior to your appointment time) or are unable to receive an evaluation, you may choose to request a refund. Refunds must be requested within seven days of your scheduled visit.
If you would like to request a refund, you may contact customer support. If a request is submitted to support, please allow 7 business days for us to review your case.
We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit in one instance, we are under no obligation to issue the same refund or credit in the future.
Should there be a payment dispute, you agree to contact firstname.lastname@example.org prior to taking any further action or requesting additional services. A customer service agent will reach out for more information and will email you once a decision has been made.
Except for the $10 booking fee, all purchases are final and once paid, all fees are non-refundable regardless of whether services are utilized, except as prohibited by applicable law.

There are no refunds issued for missed appointments. Refunds will not be issued for appointments that you attempt to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of an appointment time. Please note that the entire service fee applies for all missed appointments.
Free cancellation and rescheduling is available 24 hours or more before your appointment. If a client cancels within 24 hours of the appointment, we will charge the entire service fee.

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow for check-in. If you arrive past your appointment time, your provider will mark your appointment as missed. Since the appointment is 30 minutes, tardiness impacts their ability to properly evaluate, diagnose, and finalize a treatment plan with you. If you are late your provider may wait for you for a few minutes if their schedule allows.
If you miss your appointment there are no refunds. We send many reminders through email, including one at the start of your appointment. We understand that life happens though - please message your provider firs. Then you may reach out to our support team at email@example.com for options after you miss an appointment.
