Currently, patients do not have the ability to self schedule follow-up or refill visits, it will have to be done by customer support, your provider or their messaging assistant. 


We encourage you to message your provider directly in the patient portal, or email customer support for assistance in scheduling an appointment.

If there is already an existing appointment, you can modify it in the patient portal as long as it is 24 hours before the appointment time. 


Please note that refill only appointments may not available in all states and cannot be booked by support without provider authorization.
