Federal law requires that your provider be licensed in the same state that you have legal residency in. There is no option for a provider to prescribe you medications while in any other state. You will need to pick up those prescriptions in the state you have legal residency in.
Should you have travel plans, we recommend speaking with your provider at least 14 days ahead of time to ensure you have adequate refills available to you before your departure date. Please note that controlled medications adhere to strict DEA guidelines and early refills are not available.
