To reschedule or cancel your appointment, simply register and log in to your client portal (https://klarity.intakeq.com/portal) and make the changes. Please only use the email you submitted for your initial appointment when registering for the portal; currently we only accept reschedule/cancellation at least 24 hours before your appointment.
