You have the option to cancel or discontinue your treatment at any time. As fees are charged per service, there are no memberships or subscriptions to cancel. You can cancel any upcoming appointments using the patient portal, and if needed, you may contact customer support to obtain to copy of your medical records.
*Please Note: Accounts cannot be deleted as these contain important medical information. However, we can remove any credit/debit information upon request.
In addition, any appointment can be canceled and refunded in full as long as it is done 24 hours or more before your scheduled appointment time. Need to make an adjustment to your next appointment? Let customer service know with 24 hours+ notice and we're happy to reschedule you at no additional charge.
